I think it’s the team that works there. It’s about the quality, the integrity. Everybody on the team takes pride in their work. We’re excited about everything we’re designing and building. We’re excited about the future of all of our installers and the opportunity to work with them one-on-one and also in a team.
My time at Grip Tite, I’ve had the opportunity to travel around the United States to visit with our installers. Some of them are new to Grip-Tite, some of them have been with us for a long time. It allows me the opportunity to get to know them one-on-one, but also see what their struggles are and what their strengths are.
