At Grip-Tite Manufacturing, we’re proud to have a nationwide network of skilled installers dedicated to protecting homes and strengthening foundations. Recently, Corey — one of our technical experts — shared some insights from his travels across the country, where he’s been visiting dealers and helping fine-tune their installation processes.
“I’ve had the opportunity to travel all over the United States and work with both new and existing Grip-Tite dealers,” Corey said. “What I’ve found is that our teams are incredibly knowledgeable — they often just need a few small adjustments or guidance to make their installations even more efficient.”
While Corey’s main goal is to help our installers grow, he admits he learns just as much from them.
“Every visit is a two-way learning experience,” he explained. “Even with more than 35 years in the industry here in Iowa, I continue to learn something new every time I’m out in the field. The biggest lesson? Never assume all soils are the same — because they’re not.”
Different regions have different soil conditions, and understanding those variations is key to ensuring long-lasting foundation repair solutions.
“It’s critical for every installer to understand their geography,” Corey emphasized. “Knowing what kind of soil you’re working with helps you provide the right solution to the homeowner’s problem.”
Corey’s travels highlight what makes the Grip-Tite network special — a shared commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and craftsmanship.
